MEET THE TEAM

Bridget Gardiner

Bridge Gardiner began her journey in the entertainment industry as a passionate singer-songwriter, but she quickly discovered her true calling was behind the scenes. Armed with degrees in accounting and business, she dedicated nine years to managing a recording studio before moving to Los Angeles to become Campus President of SAE Institute and Ex’Pressions College.

Throughout her career, Bridge has tirelessly managed and consulted for artists, producers, engineers, recording studios, startup music labels, gear and tech companies, as well as those in the AI and FinTech sectors. Her commitment to community is evident through her service on the boards of various non-profits, including five years as Vice President of LA Women In Music and five years as Director of Entertainment for Savannah Pride. Additionally, she co-founded ArtistMax.org, an innovative artist development and production company, partnering with Ken Caillat to empower emerging talent. Bridge’s impressive alignment of skills and passion demonstrates her unwavering dedication to advancing education and diversity in the music and entertainment fields.

Bridge is currently the visionary CEO and founder of Creative Bridge Community, an innovative online mentoring platform that empowers creatives in the audio and film industries. In addition to this, she offers expert consulting services in project management and marketing, tailored specifically for the creative and tech sectors. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, she has successfully partnered with numerous audio companies and music schools, providing strategic guidance for effective online education planning and management.
